This is a first come, first served warehouse clearance sale.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. The item is only secured once your order has been successfully completed and paid for.

A standard £3.95 delivery charge will be applied at checkout.

If you purchase multiple warehouse sale items during the live stream, we will combine your orders where possible and refund any excess postage paid. These refunds will be processed on the Monday following the live sale.

As these are warehouse clearance items sold at heavily discounted prices, they are not eligible for our standard returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will of course put things right.

All items are sold subject to availability. In the unlikely event of an oversell, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are successfully completed and paid.
