RAILstuff's 2025 Show Calendar: Exciting Events You Won't Want to Miss

As we step into February 2025, the model railway show season is officially kicking off, and we at RAILstuff couldn’t be more thrilled! This year, we’re bringing our passion for model railways, along with our range of high-quality scenery and accessories, to a fantastic lineup of events across the UK. Whether you’re a seasoned modeller or just starting out, our stand is the perfect place to discover products from small manufacturers, find expert advice, and get inspired for your next project.

Here’s a complete rundown of where you can find us this year:

February

8-9: The Festival of British Railway Modelling – Doncaster Racecourse
21-23: Model Rail Scotland – SEC Glasgow

We’ll be kicking things off at the ever-popular BRM Warners show in Doncaster, followed closely by the spectacular Model Rail Scotland. These events are perfect for finding inspiration and exploring the latest in railway modelling.

March

1-2: Preston Model Railway Show – Preston
15-16: London Festival of Railway Modelling – Alexandra Palace, London

In March, we’re heading to Preston before showcasing our products at Alexandra Palace, one of the biggest and most iconic model railway events of the year.

April

5-6: South Notts Model Railway Show – Cotgrave
26-27: Key Model World Live (NEW) – Birmingham

April brings us to Cotgrave for the South Notts show, followed by the our first appearance at the giant Key Model World Live event in Birmingham, a must-visit for fans of the hobby.

May

10-11: Market Deeping Model Railway (NEW) – Stamford

We’re excited to attend the Market Deeping show for the first time, which promises to be a fantastic addition to our 2025 calendar.

June

14: 7mm Narrow Gauge AGM – Burton

For fans of narrow-gauge railways, we’ll be at this year’s AGM in Burton, showcasing products perfect for this niche area of modelling.

July

5-6: Buxton Railex – Buxton
19-20: Chatham Model Railway Show (NEW) – Chatham

In July, we’ll visit Buxton and then head to another exciting new event in Chatham. Both are excellent opportunities to explore our range and chat with fellow enthusiasts.

September

27-28: Stafford Model Railway Show – Stafford

We’re returning to our home turf for the Stafford show, a firm favorite for us at RAILstuff. Don’t miss this local highlight!

October

11-12: Great Electric Train Show – Milton Keynes
25-26: Great British Model Railway Show – Gaydon

October sees us at two major shows, including the Great Electric Train Show, renowned for its impressive layouts and exhibitors.

November

8-9: Alsager Model Railway Show – Crewe
22-23: National Festival of Railway Modelling – Birmingham

We’ll round off the year at the National Festival of Railway Modelling in Birmingham, one of the most anticipated events of the season.
